Biography

Katrina currently works with CSIRO researchers in novel cereal crops and plant oil engineering in exciting areas such as Kebari the gluten free barley and Omega 3 canola. Katrina has also worked with CSIRO researchers food and nutrition. Katrina has previously worked with GrainCorp, GRDC and AWB.
