Biography

Muhammad Ejaz Ahmed is working as a research scientist in cyber security at DATA61, CSIRO, Australia. Muhammad Ejaz Ahmed received the B.Sc. degree in computer sciences from Peshawar University, and the M.S. degree from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan in 2006 and 2011, respectively. He completed the Ph.D. degree from Electronics and Radio Engineering Department at Kyung Hee University of South Korea in February 2014. He was with SKKU Security Lab (seclab), College of Software, Sungkyunkwan University, as a research professor. His research interests include application of machine learning algorithms in cyber security, malware detection, continuous authentication, wireless networks security, context-aware security, RF energy harvesting, wireless communications and networking. From June 2014 to May 2015, he was postdoctoral research fellow at Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH), South Korea. M. Ejaz Ahmed was research professor with Sungkyunkwan University of Korea from June 2015 to May 2018.
