With experience gained right across the business value chain from commercial operations and P&L management right through to marketing, communications, sales and business development, I bring a clear viewpoint and advanced understanding of interdependencies, levers and risk in shaping unique solutions to ongoing business challenges.

Critically, I understand the difference between stakeholder engagement and management. Through the lenses of ‘up, down, across and out’, I help organisations to thrive. In leadership roles with the Spotless Group Holdings (ASX: SPO), Australian Red Cross Blood Service and more recently executive positions at GoodStart Early Learning, The Salvation Army Aged Care Plus and specialist consulting firm, Collaborateur, I have orchestrated and led major programs of change that have re-invigorated established companies. By placing people at the heart of transformational strategies, I improve employee engagement and maximise customer satisfaction and in turn, maintain financial strength.

On a personal level, I seek to apply a servant leadership philosophy, believing that for an organisation to succeed, I must remove the roadblocks and coach others to do their job well. I set high, but achievable standards, exercise honesty during times of difficulty and engender the support of my colleagues to craft sustainable solutions to complex business challenges. Similarly, I work hard to understand people and their currency, identifying individualised ways to engage and inspire. I love nothing more than helping others to achieve their goals.
