Melanie Domingues received a Bachelor of Science degree in 2008 from the University of Minho in Portugal and a Master of Science in Genetics in 2010 from the University Pierre and Marie Curie in Paris. In 2010 she started her PhD at the Curie Institute in Paris under Dr. Jacky Bonaventure. Her thesis focused on the study of an inhibitor of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway involved in melanoma metastasis. She was awarded her PhD in 2014 and joined the Nilsson lab in January 2015. Her current research focuses on the study of the bone marrow sinusoidal endothelium.
