Biography
Nick is a Solutions Architect in CSIRO’s Transformational Bioinformatics group. He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Computer Science) from QUT.
Nick leads the technical development of VariantSpark and contributes to TRECA, a Trusted Research Environment supporting clinical applications. He has delivered scalable pharmacogenomics workflows and cloud-based bioinformatics solutions. His interests include machine learning, pharmacogenomics, efficient algorithm design, and cloud genomics. He focuses on building reliable, high-performance systems that support large-scale research and clinical applications.
