Biography
I have over 20 years’ experience in managing projects to quantify the environmental footprints of sectors in the economy, including urban water, buildings, materials, food and agricultural systems. I’m an expert in methods such as Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and their application to quantify performance to address sustainability challenges.
As part of CSIRO's Climate Smart Agriculture group I am working to quantify the impacts of agriculture to support decision makers to improve their performance. Agriculture and food are both driving climate change and strongly impacted by it. A sustainable agriculture sector also underpins many of the Sustainable Development Goals.
