Biography
Dr. Shokhrukh Jalilov is an environmental and resource economist with a background in natural resources economics, water economics and policy, integrated water resource systems, water-food-energy interactions. Shokhrukh has an extensive international experience gained in the US, China, Finland, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam. He joined CSIRO in 2017, and is based in Canberra, where he leads the Water-Energy-Food Nexus Project. He is also involved into analyses of agricultural policies and integrated water resources management in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal.
