Biography
David has extensive management experience in the food industry with small and large, internationally focused manufacturing companies. This includes direct experience with related services (Packaging, Food Technology, Food Science, Processing Equipment, Freight, Logistics, Agriculture, Waste, Water, Energy, and Research & Development). He has mainly worked in the private sector for various manufacturing and retail companies domestically and internationally including George Western Foods, Qantas, International Tastes, Hilton Hotel Group (UK), De Vere Leisure Group (UK). He has owned his own small food service business and has been a Technical Food Advisor for the South Australia Centre for Manufacturing (SACFM).
