Biography

Hayley is an Innovation Connections Facilitator based in Perth, WA.

Hayley spent the first 10 years of her career as a geologist, working in a variety of roles in junior mining and exploration companies, as well as larger mining houses. During this time, one of her key focuses was on establishing and managing research and development partnerships with publicly funded research organisations.

Before commencing her current role, Hayley spent four years working in the CSIRO Mineral Resources business unit, facilitating the transfer of research knowledge into industry, creating technology commercialisation pathways, and establishing collaborative projects between CSIRO and METS sector companies to address industry challenges.

Working as an Innovation Connections Facilitator has provided Hayley with the opportunity to apply her industry-research engagement expertise in sectors such as Advanced Manufacturing and Food & Agribusiness.
