Biography

Michaela is an Innovation Connections Facilitator in the Sydney Metro area, one of a network of business experts within the Federal Government’s Entrepreneurs’ Programme, delivered in partnership with the CSIRO.

As a Facilitator within the Innovation Connections programme, Michaela works with Australian SMEs to discover their aspirations and R&D needs, and to assist them in finding the right technical expertise and access to equipment available within CSIRO, universities and publicly funded research organisations to realise their ambitions.

Prior to joining CSIRO, Michaela worked as a Research Engagement Manager at University Technology Sydney and as a Business Development Manager with APRIntern. Michaela has also held a number of Government and private roles in business, economic development and public policy in the UK, Ireland and the US.
