Sieh Ng is a food safety microbiologist with the Food Safety and Stability Group of the CSIRO Agriculture and Food. She has a track record of assessing food safety risks to consumers and improving food product safety.

She works with national regulators as well as industry to investigate product microbial contamination issues and solve food safety and quality problems.

Ms Ng has extensive expertise in helping industry adopt innovative processing technologies for the production of fresher and healthier foods.

She also ensures our food processing facilities comply with safety requirements in accordance with FSANZ, Department of Agriculture and the International Commission on Microbiological Specifications for Foods.

Sieh also works with industry clients on project relating to microbiological safety and stability with regards to product reformulation.
