Biography

Harsha is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at CSIRO's DATA61. He is currently working on Responsible AI and how SE processes can help to improve the human values incorporation in Responsible AI systems.

Prior joining DATA61, Harsha was a PhD student in Software Engineering (SE) at the Monash University, under the supervision of Professor Jon Whittle, Associate Professor Rashina Hoda and Dr Waqar Hussain. Harsha's PhD research work lies in the fields of SE, Requirements Engineering (RE) and human values. His main focus is to operationalizing human values in RE through decomposing high-level values concepts to implementable features in verifiable manner.

Other Interests

Harsha is passionate about media and presenting. He is currently working as the programs and production manager at AusLanka Tv - the no.1 Sri Lankan digital media network in Australia.
Further, he is passionate about content creation and video productions.
