Biography

Kaveh obtained his BSc in Civil Engineering (2003) and MSc in Civil-Environmental Engineering ( 2006) form Isfahan University of Technology. He entered Imperial College London in 2008 to commence his PhD study. His PhD dissertation was on numerical and analytical approaches to investigate mass transport phenomena in turbulent flows. He obtained his PhD and DIC (Diploma of Imperial College London) in 2011.

Immediately after his PhD, Kaveh joined University of Isfahan as a faculty member in Civil Engineering Department. In 2013, Kaveh commenced his Postdoctoral Research Fellowship jointly appointed to University of South Australia and CSIRO. In 2015, Kaveh became a Research Scientist at CSIRO. His field of research during his postdoctoral studies and current position is numerical and analytical assessments of multi-phase flows in porous media.
