Biography
Berenice is a CERC Postdoctoral Fellow at the Genome Insights Team, within the Transformational Bioinformatics Group. She is currently working on prediction of phenotypic susceptibility derived from genomic data in Gram Negative bacterial isolates.
She also works on providing bioinformatic fungal genome analyses for use in Precision Fermentation and developing pipelines for virulence and allergens detection.
