Biography
Prof. Dr. Amro M. Farid is the Principal Systems Scientist for the Smart Energy Mission and CEO of Engineering Systems Analytics LLC. He is also the Alexander Crombie Humphreys Chair Professor of Economics in Engineering at the School of Systems and Enterprises at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, USA. At Stevens, he leads the Laboratory for Intelligent Integrated Networks of Engineering Sytems (LIINES) and has authored over 150 peer-reviewed publications in Smart Power Grids, Hydrogen-Energy-Water Nexus, Electrified Transportation Systems, Industrial Production & Supply Chain Energy Management, and Smart Cities, Regions, & Nations.
