Louise has experience in applied research, research leadership and scientific infrastructure development. As a researcher she focused on applied geochemistry and has collected and analysed micro-to macro-scale datasets to build a better understanding of mineral systems, with publications on XRF applications ranging from synchrotron science to applied geochemical exploration methods. Louise has overseen the growth of new facilities for Geoscience research including the SIEF ARCF Maia Mapper, and the SIEF Geoscience Drill Core Research Laboratory.
