Biography
I lead the landscape and forest function team. Our goal is to improve the livelihoods of rural and regional communities through the sustainable management of our landscapes. With a back ground in plant ecophysiology, I have a strong belief that plant based solutions offer many opportunities to address the range of resource management challenges facing the current and future generations. My research background looks to explore landscape function to better understand how healthy functioning ecosystems/agroecosystems work. I have a strong interest in plant ecophysiology, ecohydrology and ecology and employ these disciplines to inform the management of risks to the landscape arising from landscape intensification and climate change.
