Biography

Vahid Riahi is a Research Scientist in Health and Biosecurity at CSIRO. His main interest is modelling and solving optimisation problems to provide solutions for real-world and challenging problems, particularly problems in scheduling and transportation. He has experience in employing optimisation techniques in several domains such as manufacturing and aviation. He is currently working on optimisation projects in the health domain.
