Dr. Rozita Vaskoska leads the Food Microbiology team in the Food Program of the Agriculture and Food Business Unit. Rozita is skilled in food science, food safety, meat science, food microbiology, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, Australia and New Zealand Food Standards Code and European Union food law. Rozita Spirovska Vaskoska has fifteen years of experience in the food science area, including academic, consultant and research roles.
