Biography

Scott is based at CSIRO in Hobart. He has a background in marine ecology, mathematics, and environmental management. His research focuses on developing collaborative intelligence approaches (where human and machine learning leverage upon one another) to improve marine ecosystem model development. When he’s not tied to a desk he likes to get out on boats and mountains to experience the wildness of the natural world.
