Biography
I am the lead software engineer and developer at CSIRO, The Australian e-Health Research Centre in Perth with years of healthcare industry experience and hands-on expertise in building software applications for clinical and health environments. Throughout my career, I have delivered multiple projects ranging from standalone clinical applications, self usable end-user applications, web systems, mobile apps and cloud server systems. I have an excellent track record in transforming research ideas into usable software products in the real-world healthcare environment and have won multiple awards for the projects.
As a lead software engineer, I routinely work with stakeholders and users. I consider myself a technology enthusiast and I always seek new challenges and keep an eye out for changes in the technology and certainly open for exploration and experimentation.
I am good at:
- Cross-platform Mobile App development (ionic framework and Flutter)
- Linux & Unix: Develop server communications and provide solutions for distributed systems
- Cloud computing and dev op in Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Azure.
- Web application and windows application development (.NET and Python)
- Industry standards (HL7, DICOM, FHIR)
- Communication, documentation and presentation
- Management of software development lifecycle
- Deployment management of Android and iOS
At present, I am leading a team in Perth and working with WA department of health in transforming CSIRO's technology into health.
