Biography

Kaveh is a Senior Research Scientist at CSIRO, and an invited candidate for Eni Award (2022). He obtained his PhD from Imperial College London in 2011, followed by a 3-year Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of South Australia (jointly appointed to CSIRO). He is also an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Edith Cowan University (Australia). He is an active researcher in computational and analytical fluid dynamics, Darcy-scale multi-phase flows (NSZD of petroleum hydrocarbons) and radioactive mass transport in deep formations (deep borehole disposal of nuclear waste).
