Biography

Rafiq Ali works closely with CSIRO’s Hydrogen Industry Mission and the Energy Business unit. His role involves being the custodian of the CSIRO's Hydrogen 700 bar vehicle refuelling system and managing aspects of the Hydrogen Technology Demonstration Facility (HTDF) and the Centre of Hybrid Energy Systems (CHES). All of these facilities are based on CSIRO's Clayton, Victoria, Australia campus.

Together with the Hydrogen Mission team, he engages with industrial & Academia collaborators to bring hydrogen technology research, development and demonstration projects to CSIRO.

Rafiq Ali has International R&D, product and relationship management experience from multiple industries while working in Australia, UK and Finland.

Holding multiple degrees and Harvard University's certification in Technology Entrepreneurship (Lab to Market), he is keenly interested in the accelerated development of the Hydrogen economy.
