Dr Linda Broadhurst

I have been researching how to improve the conservation and restoration of native vegetation for almost 20 years using both genetic and demographic tools. This has included research on both rare and common species in southeastern and western Australia. My current interests include improving seed sourcing practices to maximize the evolutionary potential required to meet the challenges of environmental change, restore lost ecological processes such as dispersal, and ensure long term population persistence.
