  Professional Experience: I have over 19 years of experience in data science, AI and information technology. As the Group Leader of the Privacy Technology Group at CSIRO’s Data61, Australia, I have led and delivered multi-million-dollar projects across various domains, including open government, telecom infrastructure, food provenance, energy, education, and mining.

  Academic Achievements: I have published over 300 journal and conference papers in prestigious IEEE/ACM venues. [Google Citation Counts: 27,000+; H-Index: 66] My pioneering contributions to differentially private federated learning received the “2022 IEEE Signal Processing Society Best Paper Award.” I was selected by Clarivate Analytics as a “Highly Cited Researcher” in 2024 and 2025.
