Biography
Jess is a Postdoctoral Fellow within The Microbiomes for One Systems Health (MOSH) FSP working on the Food chain microbiomes project.
Previously Jess was based at Werribee and Coopers Plains as a PhD student with the University of Tasmania. Jess's PhD research looked into the survival and persistence of Listeria monocytogenes in food production facilities.
