Current Role:
I am a senior software engineer at CSIRO Data61, and a tech lead for Language & Social Computing Team. My current role is responsible for the architecture design and delivering outcomes to team's major projects.
Short Biography:
I started my career as a software engineer at Samsung in 2001 after completing a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at University of Seoul. My major role at Samsung was designing and developing a standard application framework for finance and government sectors. Then I migrated to Australia with my family in 2011 and started another career at CSIRO in early 2012. My recent applications and research interests focus on scalable database, realtime processing, machine learning, data integration, web systems and natural language processing applied to social media content.
