Biography

In 2007 Shuang completed her PhD in University of Vermont, USA on valuing ecosystem services using ecological economic approaches. In the same year she took up a post-doc position and has been since working for CSIRO (as a research scientist since early 2012). Her general research interest is to facilitate collective environmental decision-making under uncertainty.

Other Interests

Shuang loves cooking, gardening and traveling in her spare time. The best holiday she has had so far involved sampling Spanish, Israeli, and Ethiopian cuisines and watching wildlife in Maasai Mara, Kenya.
