Biography

Dr Cathy Robinson leads and supports a number of initiatives that provide practical examples of how to accelerate innovation with ideas that value and enable diversity. She applies her expertise to develop innovative scientific methods and frameworks that can take account Indigenous, practitioner and scientific knowledge in environmental assessment and management. This includes the co-design of responsible AI and digital technology applications that have been used to support multiple pathways for Indigenous Country-based solutions so that conservation, carbon and other sustainability initiatives reflect and support the local provenance of Indigenous communities, enterprises and contexts.
