The WA Food and Beverage Internship program (WAFEC) places tertiary STEM students into paid internships with WA businesses from the food and beverage sector, helping to businesses to access top talent and support STEM projects. The WAFEC program is a collaboration with WA Government's Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development.
The Regional University Industry Collaboration (RUIC) program aims to build R&D connections and capability between SME's and the four regional QLD Universities (JCU, CQU, UniSC, and UniSQ). The program offers SME's cost-matched funding for R&D projects with the four regional QLD Universities, support for SMEs with R&D planning and engagement via the CSIRO Innovate to Grow program, Industry Engagement Masterclasses for researchers, and dedicated networking events.
