Biography

An award-winning journalist, I've spent 15+ years as a freelance feature writer with diverse interests from science, health and the environment to literature and culture. My byline has appeared in a number of publications including ABC, The Guardian, Al Jazeera, Reuters, The Sunday Times, Motherboard (Vice) and The Atlantic (CityLab).

In parallel, I've had stints as a communication consultant with the United Nations Development Programme, Save the Children, World Health Organisation, The World Bank and the United Nations Population Fund among others. At CSIRO, I work with the Digital Content team as an editor on our storytelling hub.
