Biography
Daisy Hu is part of the Business Intelligence & Improvement (BI&I) team within Partnerships & Business Development (P&BD) at CSIRO and is based in Clayton, Victoria. She currently works as a Project Manager, leading and supporting cross-functional initiatives focused on organisational improvement, information governance, stakeholder engagement and business intelligence. Her work spans project delivery, governance uplift, communications and business analysis, helping teams improve processes, strengthen information management and support evidence-based decision-making.
Prior to transitioning into project management, Daisy worked as a Business Development Manager in Partnerships & Business Development, where she supported the Science Connect portfolio, particularly the SME and InfraTech business areas. In this role, she worked closely with researchers, industry partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and support industry engagement across the research and innovation ecosystem.
Daisy enjoys bringing people, information and ideas together to solve complex problems and deliver practical outcomes. She is passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration and developing sustainable governance practices that improve the way teams work and support CSIRO's strategic objectives.
