Biography

Justin Sexton is currently a CERC postdoctoral research fellow at CSIRO. His research focus is on using statistical, machine learning, and other mathematical approaches to understand and predict the interactions between ecological processes and infectious diseases transmission to inform policy and practice.

Justin has a background in applied statistical analysis. His previous research has primarily been within the Australian Sugarcane industry and has included climate change impact analysis, various decision support tools and NIR spectroscopic analysis.
