Biography
Peggy is an applied economist with research interests in fishery, aquaculture, and agriculture industries. Her research focus is on food systems which includes supply and value chains and food markets. She is also experienced in productivity and efficiency assessments, bio-economic modelling, and social and consumer analysis to inform decision making in food industries.
