Current Roles
-
Senior Research Technician
As a Senior Research Technician, I collaborate on scientific and technological initiatives alongside fellow researchers, focusing on the planning and execution of experiments, as well as supporting technology development. A key aspect of my work involves advancing studies on the electrical and magnetic properties of rocks and minerals, aiding in their characterisation for geophysical applications. In my capacity as the Petrophysics Laboratory Manager, I oversee petrophysical data collection, integrate data from multiple sources, processing, interpretation and ensure strict adherence to safety standards of the lab. My work provides quantitative insights that support geoscience data interpretation across various projects, contributing to enhanced geophysical modelling and advancing mineral exploration efforts across Australia.
