Biography
Julie has worked as a Research Technician for the CSIRO Biomedical Informatics Group since 2017. Julie’s main role is the management of clinical and imaging data for a diverse set of Neuroscience research projects, including for large multi-institutional studies around Cerebral Palsy and Alzheimer's/Dementia.
A champion for FAIR data principles and ethical research practices, Julie is experienced in software development for research primarily using Python. She is familiar with DICOM and HL7 data standards and applying these to data management in XNAT, REDCap and similar systems.
