Biography

Over 25 years experience in combined Business Operations Management, Events Management, Commercial, Finance & Office Management, Business Development, with a background in the legal industry, property, finance, superannuation, insurance, administration, recruitment, project management, operations, logistics, procurement, higher education sector and recently in the scientific, academia community.

My areas of expertise include business development & management, corporate governance, marketing & communications, public relations, logistics and operations, project management including events & research, procurement, financial management and strategising, budget management, human resources and training, sponsorship, relationship management, and all general administration.

Over the past 6years at CSIRO, I have been a member of the Australian Plant Phenomics Facility, an NCRIS supported facility. In 2021, became the Team Leader of the phenomics team, and recently the Phenomics 'Pivot' Lead. Managing the phenomics research and development opportunities, including technology development and deployment in response to scientific questions relating to agricultural & horticultural crops.

July 2023 saw a shift in roles to a Research Project Manager for the multi-year program of works, Ag2050, Ri$kwise, Long Coleoptile Wheat, Canola Establishment and LIEFS projects.

A member of the SME Champions and Innovation to Grow Mentorship Program - assisting SME's with their R&D.
