Biography
Michael is a Research Scientist at the Australian eHealth Research Centre and CSIRO Health and Biosecurity Business Unit. His current research focuses on the development of computational approaches to identify novel biomarkers for the early detection of neurodegenerative diseases.
He received a PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of Western Australia and was a postdoctoral researcher at the ARC Centre of Excellence in Plant Energy Biology, prior to joining CSIRO in 2018.
