Biography
Over my 20-year career, I’ve navigated urban streams, graduated to large rivers, paddled across northern lakes, peatlands, and tundras, and sailed through southern subtropical mangroves. Now, I’m planted in Australian agricultural systems. My ADHD brain thrives on non-linear thinking, connecting seemingly unrelated ideas to drive innovative and creative problem-solving.
As a biogeochemist, I blend ecological and social concepts to enhance agriculture value chains. My mission is to create transparent, trusted traceability solutions that empower consumers and producers to know how their choices contribute to a sustainable agriculture system. I lead the development of evidence-based assurance tools, bringing together research in biogeochemical cycling dynamics, soil health, and sustainable land management practices. Guided by responsible principles, I champion open innovation models for an equitable future.
